Shri Sundararaman Ramamurthy is the Managing Director & CEO with a successful track record of 38 years and strong passion to lead a financial institution and motivate teams in furthering business, governance, and control. He is a Cost Accountant and member of Indian Institute of Bankers along with being a Bachelor of Science.

Shri Deepak Goel is the Chief Financial Officer of exchange heading finance, accounting, treasury and taxation functions. He currently serves as member of the Board of Directors of several Group Companies. Deepak has rich and diverse experience of 20 plus years of working in different functional areas in multiple industry including Financial services, Telecom and Management Consultancy. He has previously worked as CFO & Compliance Officer of Kotak Mahindra Investments ltd and handled varied other roles with Kotak Bank group. 

Sushri Kamala K is the Chief Regulatory Officer (Compliance Officer under the Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2018) heading the Regulatory functions of the Exchange including Membership and Listing Compliance, Surveillance and Investigation, Inspection and Enforcement. At BSE Sushri Kamala was earlier heading the Enterprise Risk Management across various vectors of risk as Chief Risk officer. She has rich and diverse experience of more than 33 years in the areas of Finance. She has been long associated with financial markets in general and MII space in particular performing various roles.
