Mr. Rohit Gupta, Managing Director, boasts over 28 years of diverse experience spanning merchant banking, corporate finance, financial restructuring, project finance, capital markets, and structured lending. He has advised numerous small and mid-size organizations on turnaround and growth strategies, facilitating equity and debt raising for their expansion. 

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Gupta is instrumental in driving CSL's innovative and structured lending models and spearheading its entry into SME lending while also guiding the company's expansion into niche market segments.

Mr. Amit Ranjan, Chief Operating Officer, brings over 19 years of diverse BFSI sector experience, specializing in credit services. With a background in Lending Business, he excels in operational and credit risk management, fraud prevention, collections, and compliance controls. Amit has held key roles at HSBC Bank, ICICI Bank, Deutsche Bank, Karvy Financials, and Save Financial Services Ltd. 

He has successfully raised funds from Domestic and Foreign Private Equity players, driving business strategy, digital transformation, and portfolio management. Currently leading Retail Lending at CSL Finance, he holds a Bachelor's Degree from Delhi University and an Executive Certification in Senior Management from IIM, Kolkata.
