SHRI MANGILALL SETHIA WHOLE-TIME DIRECTOR Shri M.L. Sethia is designated as Chairman of the Company (ELIN ELECTRONICS LIMITED) w.e.f. 6.09.2021. Earlier, he was the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He has a master's degree in Arts from Ladnun, Rajasthan. He has vast experience in overall management and financial matters of the Company. Also, having an experience of more than 62 years in the manufacturing business line of the company.

SHRI KAMAL SETHIA MANAGING DIRECTOR Shri Kamal Sethia has served on the Company Board (ELIN ELECTRONICS LIMITED) since 2007. He has been appointed as Managing Director w.e.f. 06.09.2021. He is a commerce graduate from the University of Delhi. 

He is a member of the Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of the Company.
