Marotrao Vyankatrao Kawale, aged 57 years, is the Promoter and Managing Director of our Company. He had attended Marathwada University to pursue a bachelor’s degree in arts. He started his career as a school teacher and was previously associated with Nutan Vidyalaya Education Society in the capacity of an assistant teacher. 

He has vast knowledge and experience in managing and manufacturing sugar, jaggery, ethanol, and milk products products for over 20 years. Presently, he supervises the operational management of our Company. He has played a vital role in the growth and development of our Company.

Sandip Marotrao Kawale, aged 30 years, is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has attended the Savitribai Phule Pune University to pursue a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He has more than seven years of experience in accounting and management. He oversees finance, accounting, taxation, and budgets, as well as financial reporting and internal control systems.
